not need. Not only that, but drinking a good amount of water can also
help decrease appetite, since it will make you feel full.
Staying
away from unhealthy vices such as alcohol and smoking will also help
lose cellulite, and it will also greatly improve overall health.
Alcohol has toxins that the body works to eliminate, which will lessen
its focus on eliminating other toxins and fluids around the body.
Smoking damages connective tissues in the body, which can worsen the
cellulite dimpling.
